Libraries are stronger when they reflect the wants and needs of the communities they serve, and working with community partners helps libraries reach further into the community. Through a community engagement lens this trainings leads participants in soliciting community partner(s), together preparing to engage the community, and hosting a virtual or in-person convening of stakeholders or community members. Cindy is well-versed in many varieties of community engagement, so the training approach can flex to meet the needs of your library.
