The Public Library Association (PLA), a division of the American Library Association.
PLA is currently seeking proposals to update and create content for the DigitalLearn.org platform. DigitalLearn.org offers free, accessible online courses, and tools and resources trainers need to facilitate workshops to help adults build essential digital literacy skills.
One RFP is for qualified Adult Digital Literacy eLearning Subject Expert/Writers or firms to develop toolkits and online learning courses with complementary training materials for DigitalLearn.org.
The other RFP requests bids for an E-Learning Instructional Designer(s) to develop Articulate Storyline courses from the content provided by the Subject Matter Expert.
You may submit a bid for one or both RFPs. Within each RFP, you may also submit a bid for some or all of the work requested in that RFP.
Proposals are due: April 6th, 2026 by 1 pm CT
