Southeastern Libraries Cooperating (SELCO) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assess current practices in the physical lending of library materials among libraries using SELCO’s shared ILS and delivery services. The selected consultant will analyze current delivery and materials handling workflows and recommend process
improvements that improve delivery times and enhance service for patrons across the region.
Delivery is a core SELCO service and essential to the success of the shared Evergreen Integrated Library System (ILS) and the MNLINK statewide interlibrary loan system (ILL). SELCO is committed to continuous improvement in delivery operations to ensure timely and reliable access to library materials.
