The Clearview Library District, serving the communities of Windsor, Severance, and West Greeley, Colorado, invites qualified audit firms to submit proposals for independent auditing services for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The District operates two public library branches, an administrative building, and a bookmobile, employing approximately fifty-three staff members. The District is governed by a Board of Trustees and manages financial operations that support expanding community services.
The selected firm will conduct a comprehensive annual audit of the District’s financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Government Auditing Standards. The audit will include an evaluation of internal controls, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and recommendations for improvement. The auditor will prepare and present a final detailed audit report, management letter, and supporting documentation to the Library Board of Trustees’ Audit Committee by July 14–15, 2026.
Qualified firms must be licensed certified public accounting firms with demonstrated experience conducting governmental or public-sector audits. Key audit personnel must hold active CPA licenses in the State of Colorado and have verifiable experience working with library districts, municipalities, or similar entities.

The contract will be awarded to the firm achieving the highest combined score based on technical qualifications, understanding of the project, references, and competitive pricing.
