The Canadian Tax Foundation’s Research Centre invites proposals from qualified consultants to lead the development of a forward-looking strategic plan that will guide the library’s direction over the next three to five years.
This initiative will help clarify the Research Centre’s long-term direction and strengthen its ability to respond to changing research practices, including the growing use of AI-assisted discovery tools and digital research workflows.
The strategic plan should also identify opportunities to increase library use, strengthen engagement with current and prospective users, and enhance the visibility of the Research Centre’s services, collections, and expertise within the broader tax and public finance community.
