ATALM seeks proposals from a qualified consultant or consulting team to design and facilitate a multi-month Master Planning process. The consultant will lead field engagement, synthesize findings, support the development of a draft Master Plan, and assist in designing and facilitating an in-person Summit to review and strengthen the draft prior to finalization.
The resulting Master Plan will primarily serve as a strategic framework for ATALM, the Tribal Library Council, funders, tribal leaders, state library agencies, and government entities to strengthen support for tribal libraries.
The consultant will work in close collaboration with ATALM staff and the Tribal Library Council Master Planning Committee.
